Daravan the Malignant

Daravan the Malignant was the first King of the human Kingdom of Corvuria who led his people to rebel against the Elfrealm of Corvuria, he is known for flooding the once prosperous southern coast of Corvuria where most of the sun elven nobility stayed and governed the rest of Corvuria from; in one action he destroyed Corvuria's economy but freed his people from elven rule by creating a neigh-impenetrable barrier between Corvuria and Sarhal to keep back the Third Xhaz's invasion; unbeknownst to him the flooding of southern Corvuria caused an exponential growth of the accursed Corvurian Dreadmire southwards, causing even more ruin to his new kingdom (along with leading the region to be renamed Daravan's Folly). Some conspirators still believe that it was not Daravan who cause the curse of the Dreadmire but rather the Third Xhaz.
