Pre-Ruin[]

Dalaire was a northern precursor city surrounded by the forests of Dalah. It was known for its industrial capacity with the abundance of wood and minerals nearby.

Dalaire was awarded to Ducaniel by his twin Aldan upon his return and served as his capital during The War of Two. The city and much of the north itself became a shadow of its former self due to the dark magics and heavy industrialization needed for Ducaniel's war machines.

The city was eventually sacked and razed to the ground during the final days of the war.

Post-Ruin[]

Dalaire and surrounds was the least affected area during Ducaniel's Rending, though heavy usage of dark magics during the war had already corrupted it to such an extent that one couldn't tell the difference.
