Aurie (also known as The Capital) is the most populous and influential city in Cannor, sitting at the western edge of the Damesear Aurie served as the trading and political center for the entire Dameshead region for much of its lifetime. From it's namesake, Aurie has notably served as the capital for many of the great powers of Cannor, most notably the Damerian Republic, the early Phoenix Empire, the Ioriellan Empire and its de facto successor: The Empire.
